Projects & Estates Manager
Totton & Eling Town Council is seeking a Projects & Estates Manager to oversee the management and development of the Council’s Built Estate. This role involves the effective delivery of a diverse range of projects, either directly or through collaboration with other staff or consultants, as directed by the Town Clerk. Key responsibilities include managing the Council’s estates and projects, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring that all works align with the Council’s strategic objectives. This position offers the chance to work closely with Council staff, Councillors, and external contractors.

Toll Keeper (Eling Toll Bridge)
As part of the Eling Tide Mill Experience you will provide a toll collection service for vehicles passing over the Eling Toll Bridge. With a background in a similar customer focussed environment and experience in dealing with the general public you will possess excellent communication and team-working skills.
You will require a flexible approach to your working week and enjoy working outdoors in
all weathers. Your shift pattern will include regular weekend working.
