MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
SCP 7 – 10
£26,403 – £27,694 per annum
37 hours per week
A rare vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated general Maintenance Operative. Working alone and also as part of a team, your duties will include dealing with day-to-day maintenance of the Town Council’s land and properties.
We require someone with good ‘all round’ DIY skills and experience in property/land maintenance. Tasks are varied and would need to be completed to a high standard.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, although flexibility is required.
Applicants may also be occasionally required to assist with litter picking duties, of which full training will be provided.
