Youth Facilities

The Pillar Space is a referral-based drop-in space at St Wins Church in Totton, The New Forest. Our service is for young people aged 11-18 who are struggling with their mental health. The Pillar Space drop-in is open on a Thursday 3pm-6pm and is based on the NHS 5 steps to wellbeing- there are mindful activities, sports, a quiet hang out area, book corner, computer games and crafts. Milkshakes, toasties, and light snacks are also available.

The Space is led by registered nurses and volunteers, all are DBS checked. We take referrals from GP's, Social prescribers, CAMHS, Youth workers, Teachers and other Health and Social care professionals. Our referral form is on our website, please do email us if you are struggling to refer to us or would like more information.
