Have your say on New Forest District Council’s budget proposals

New Forest District Council is inviting residents, businesses and community groups to share their views on proposals being considered as part of the council’s budget planning.

Like many organisations, the council is facing rising costs due to inflation, alongside changes to how government funding is distributed. As it looks at ways to make savings and plan for the future, feedback is being sought on proposals affecting a range of services, including community grants, business waste, grounds maintenance, information office opening hours, public toilets and sustainability.

The consultation provides an opportunity to find out more about the proposals and share views before any decisions are made. Feedback will help the council understand the potential impact of the proposals and inform future decisions.
