Design Framework

The Design Strategy Framework is a supplemental document we are proposing alongside the Neighbourhood Plan. This document suggests ways that the town could focus on improved environment and experience for visitors through things like street furniture, public art & planting, as well as suggestions for new buildings; allowing a distinctive character for Totton and Eling to develop over time.
