Have Your Say on the Future of Totton & Eling
Residents, businesses and the local community are being invited to help shape the future of Totton & Eling as the Totton & Eling Neighbourhood Plan enters its six-week public consultation period under Regulation 14.
The Neighbourhood Plan sets out a vision for how the local area should develop in the years ahead, covering planning policies, land use, green spaces, local heritage assets and community priorities. Once adopted, the Plan will help guide future planning decisions and ensure that development reflects the needs and aspirations of the local community.
The Regulation 14 consultation provides an opportunity for residents and stakeholders to review the draft Plan and share their views before it progresses to the next stage of the neighbourhood planning process.
Members of the public are encouraged to read the consultation documents and submit their feedback on the proposals. The full Neighbourhood Plan, supporting policies and consultation information can be viewed on the Totton and Eling Neighbourhood Plan website.
The consultation will run from 28 October to 11 December.
Feedback is welcomed and responses should be submitted in writing, either by email to info@tottoneling-tc.gov.uk or by post, marked ‘Neighbourhood Plan’ to:
Totton and Eling Town Council
